  • Asset & Device Data: GPS location, speed, telemetry data from IoT devices connected to your assets.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration to improve our platform.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the VoltCred platform and its features.
  • Process transactions and send billing notifications.
  • Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Improve platform performance and develop new features.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on Microsoft Azure India data centers. We use AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access is controlled through role-based permissions with audit logging.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Azure), payment processors, and email services that help us operate.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government regulation.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. IoT telemetry data is retained per your subscription plan (default: 90 days of history). Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days.
