Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all subscriptions and services purchased through VoltCred (operated by TERRANURTURE PRIVATE LIMITED).
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your VoltCred subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at sales@voltcred.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
- You retain access to your data for 30 days after the subscription ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Within 7 days of first purchase: Full refund if the platform does not meet your requirements. Contact us with details.
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rata refund for unused full months if cancelled within the first 3 months.
- Monthly subscriptions: No partial-month refunds. Service continues until the billing cycle ends.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Setup or onboarding fees, if applicable.
- Custom development or integration work.
- IoT hardware purchased through VoltCred partners.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at billing@voltcred.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
