Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoltCred asset management platform operated by TERRANURTURE PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using VoltCred, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

VoltCred provides a cloud-based asset management platform including GPS tracking, IoT device management, maintenance scheduling, expense tracking, and related services ("Service"). The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account without prior approval.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed per device/asset on a monthly or annual basis.
  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
  • All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of access after a 7-day grace period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge and consent.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

5. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate through the Service.
  • We do not access, use, or share your data except as needed to provide the Service.
  • Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After that, data may be deleted.

6. IoT Devices & Hardware

  • VoltCred is hardware-agnostic and works with compatible third-party GPS/IoT devices.
  • We are not responsible for hardware malfunctions, installation, or device warranties.
  • Device commands (e.g., engine control) are executed at your sole risk and responsibility.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoltCred shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with prior notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
